Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Cosmic Confections! Due to the custom, handcrafted, and perishable nature of our products, we have a strict policy in place. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

Once an order is placed and payment is made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order and secure your date.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Cancellation 7+ Days Before Pickup/Shipping Date: If you cancel your order at least seven (7) full days before your scheduled date, you will receive a refund of 50% of your total order amount. The remaining 50% is non-refundable as it covers ingredients purchased and your secured spot on our calendar.
• Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Pickup/Shipping Date: For cancellations made with less than seven (7) days' notice, no refund will be issued. At our discretion, a store credit may be offered depending on how much of your custom order has already been prepared.

We take great pride in our creations and are committed to your satisfaction.

• Upon Pickup/Delivery: Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving it. If you are not satisfied with the design or have any concerns, please raise them with us immediately. We will do our best to correct any issues on the spot.
• After Pickup/Delivery: Once an order is accepted and leaves our premises (or is delivered), we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur, including melting, breakage, or improper handling. Please refer to our Treat Care Guide for proper storage instructions.

Please remember that all our treats are handcrafted works of art. While we strive to match your requested designs and colors as closely as possible, creative variations are to be expected. We do not offer refunds for minor color or design discrepancies.

For shipped orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, damage incurred during transit, or issues resulting from the package being left unattended upon delivery.
